You can use this report to determine where staff members have worked on jobs that they have NOT been assigned to. The report shows a row for every user that has recorded time on a job when they are not allocated any time for the job, for example if allocated hours are less than or equal to 0. You can click on a job ID in the report to open the Job Details page.
Once you have selected the required tab, you can use the filters provided to narrow the report results by Resource, Contact Manager, Job Owner, and more. If you have set up custom groups and filters for your firm, you can also filter the report by user related and job related firm groups, for example by Job Location and User Division.
